Will I have to pay sales tax on my order?

We’re required to charge sales tax in states where we have a physical presence, like our office buildings, our fulfillment center and our Hello's.  That means that customers in Michigan and the cities we visit on our Hello tour will pay sales tax on certain items.

Since we follow similar guidelines as stores in your area, our sales tax charges may look familiar. Any tax you owe will be automatically calculated and added in to your total at checkout.  You’ll see it on the Review Order page, so you’ll be aware of any additional charges before clicking the “Place Order” button.  If you return an item that’s been taxed, we’ll be sure to refund you the tax along with the item’s cost!
