Where's my return?

When sending your items back you will want to ensure you keep your tracking number handy to find out where it is located during transit, it will normally take around 2 - 7 days to arrive back to us. If you used one of our return labels to send your return back to us, it will normally take around 1 week to arrive back to us. 

Once delivered to our Fulfillment Center in Lansing, you can expect your return to be processed within 1-5 business days. As soon as we process your return, we’ll send you an email with all of the details inside! In the meantime, you can keep track of your package with the tracking number you used to send the item back to us from your mail carrier of choice.
